Captain Kane Carrion always kept a watchful eye on his daughter Finnik. Her being a part of the peace force he commanded was nerve wracking, but that was par for the course when raising someone like her. Following a botched store robbery and a stab wound, Kane had enough ground to redirect her. He entrusted her to the command of Lieutenant Jaxton, lead of undercity affairs.
